1. Water wonder
Water helps in keeping the skin moist. Dry skin leads to early aging. Also, water is a very important element for general health as it removes all the toxins.

2. Take care of your skin
Experts say that it is very important to clean your skin 2 times daily to get clear skin. The skin has to be cleaned of all the impurities with warm water, as using hot or cold water can damage your skin.

3. Minimize Sugar
Sugar is basically glucose. The glucose molecule damages protein molecules this process is called glycation. The end products of this process is AGE or advanced glycation end-product.The AGEs are harmful for the skin as they damage the cartilage and ligaments in the skin. Thus a lot of sugar will lead to early skin aging.

4. Intake of right fats
Essential fats not only keep the heart healthy and prevent cancer they also help in conditions of acne and dry skin. Some of the best inputs of these essential fats are-

Flaxseed oil can be used for your salad dressing. Also, keep in mind that the oils should not be heated or used for cooking.

Cold water fish: Sardines and salmons are excellent source of essential fats.

5. Do not use soap on your face
The skin on your face is very delicate compared to the skin on the other parts of your body. So using soap will make it harder day by day.Avoid using soap on your face at all costs for skin care.

  • Face mask of honey and egg to removes tan.
  • Apply carrot juices on the skin which will make blemishes appear lighter
  • Cotton pads soaked in cucumber juice and applied under eyes minimize darks circles.
  • Apply mashed banana on your face and leave it for 20 minutes. This will make your face glow.
  • Cut a lemon and apply the juice over your face and leave it for 15 minutes. This will help in case you have oily skin.
